And before you accuse me of coming over all bah-humbug, I still give Christmas presents (and love doing so), I have just chosen to stop receiving them. Over the next few weeks I’ll be blogging some more about what the festive season really means to me, how to get the Christmas balance right with kids (without spoiling all the magic!) and some ideas for a low-impact sustainable Christmas (if like me you’re a little allergic to all that plastic).
